 Thank you for visiting my site! I'm so grateful to be associated with State Farm. I am a 34-year customer and a 7th-year agent. My agency is in Alpine, Utah, but we serve the greater Salt Lake county and Utah county areas (although we can help you no matter where you are in this beautiful state)! I could expound on the facts about me...that I've got an MBA, have worked for 3 different banks over the years and am also a retired police officer (Salt Lake City, UT & Sharonville (Cincinnati), OH; but, quite frankly, I think that stuff is boring and you probably don't want to hear about it anyway...so...about me...

I'm a husband to my wife of 26 years, Christine. I love her and my kids more than I can express in words. We have two children--our son, Ben, who works here at the agency with me, and, our daughter, Maylee, who is now in heaven. She passed away at age 16 in a car accident on Memorial Day, 2015. Christine survived, Maylee did not. (Facebook page "Maylee and Christine") Since Monday, May 25, 2015 @ 6:52PM, my life has changed. Despite the sorrow and pain from the loss of Maylee, I've been blessed in unexpected, unanticipated, marvelous ways...and, as odd as it may sound, thru this trial I've become a better husband, father, friend, neighbor and employer.

I'm thankful for all I have, most importantly my testimony of and faith in Jesus Christ. I've learned that life is fragile. I've learned that it's important to be honest, not only with others, but also with yourself. It's important to be genuine. It's important to be true to who you are.

I have a wonderful team, for whom I'm so thankful. My son, Ben, heads up our Customer Service needs; and Paul, a long-time friend, and former police officer as well, heads up our Quoting and Acquisition. Both are very competent and confident in their respective roles. We're big on being friendly and educational--to "have the heart of a teacher" as Dave Ramsey would say.
